As play4fun stated if the redheaded girl left I would imagine it has something to do with pitching time over daddy ball. I would believe that at this age level the "Daddy Ball" coaches, won't be able to field a competitive team for very long. Parents and players egos aren't going to just sit around and continue to watch a coaches daughter not get the job done.
Drummond's daughter is a pitcher. After last season, the tall blonde kid who is arguably the best '94 pitcher in North Texas leaves to go the Fusion (Sidwell). I think another pitcher left as well. This season, the big redhead leaves to go where ever. Sounds like there might be some daddyball going on to me.
Seems like every time the last few years that I look around and Drummond is losing, his DD is on the mound. This team wins because they have a roster full of girls who crush the ball. You have to wonder how long before the hitters start to follow the pitchers especially when you consider that despite the longer tenure with the Glory organization there is no question the organization has positioned the Glory (Elliott) as the next big thing and not Drummond's group.
