This is a great tournament. We are headed home early and still had fun and played well against some of the best in the state. I am very surprised that Natasha Watley put her name on the 10U team looking at the overall behavior of their coach. I know he has won national titles, but at what cost? He should be ashamed of the language, demeanor and anger that he runs his team! More so I can not believe parents allow their 10u daughters to play for him. He is not a good
guy. I wouldn't think someone like her would condone that.

Just heard SJ Sting lost 1-0 in ITB to OC Batbusters in 14u semis. Scorcerer to play Batbusters in final.

First I will start with saying thank you to the Fresno Force for hosting a great tournament. I believe all of the teams and families had a great time. Now down to the tourney. It was great for both NorCal and SoCal teams. Congrats to Firecrackers 99 in there win over the OCBB in the championship. The FC99 went undefeated against OCBB and only gave up 1 run all weekend. As a lot of people thought the semifinal games were great the FC99 beat SoCal Jynx in a close game, Then there was the mostly highly anticipated game of the day between NorCal's #1 RR Gold and the SoCal's #1 the OC Batbusters. OCBB 3 - RR Gold 0. The Batbusters scored 2 unearned runs on an error in the 1st and a second one later in the 4th. RRGold played some outstanding defense but could not get the bats hot. OCBB played good and capitalized when they had the chance. I think CALI needs to see more tournaments like this where NorCal and SoCal are there. Right now my #1's are SoCal is the Firecrackers 99 and Nor Cal is the RR Gold.

Correction Norcaldude: OCBB and FC99 did not split the weekend. FC99 beat OCBB both times they played them. FC99 went undefeated this weekend only giving up one run the whole tournament.

Congratulations to the Sorcerer 14s, both to the players and to coaches Kiko Garcia and John Rebstock, for winning the Fresno Force Classic. Superb job! You represent us very well.

Hey Miss Stepped In It,

Went further than any other NorCal team. Jealous?? I've seen them play, and they are the real deal.....they appear to be getting better by the day! All the NorCal teams played their hearts out at that tournament.

Overall I think that NorCal is starting to produce some great teams at the lower divisions now! It should be an exciting summer!

You may want to use a doormat before stepping in to your house!

Norcaldude....thanks for your updates!
