I know quite a few girls and coaches on the 14U and 16U team. I think they will do very well. Give them a chance to get going and gel. I think they are going to surprise a few of you guys.

Everyone thinks the $2000 fee goes to paying the coaches. The coaches do not make much at all. The majority of those fees actually goes to feeding that big, fat, sloppy, loud mouth, coach that pretty much just keeps score and pretends to know softball. I kid you not, this guy sits in the dugout with a score book in one hand and a bratwurst in the other.

Did they "surprise" you this weekend Doug? I wasn't very surprised.
