18 Gold teams in the Houston area

by monkeysmom » Sun May 30, 2010 11:32 pm

I know of a few of the gold teams; eclipse, power, storm, peppers in the houston area. What are some other well known programs? That site we don't speak of on here doesn't seem to be up to date.

Hit Away
MC Elite (there are SEVERAL MC Elite teams.... D. Drue's team is "considered by many to be the true Gold team).

There are at least two seperate 'Storm' groups / teams - maybe 3.
When asked how many times she hit Tiger with the golf club, she responded, "I'm not sure...put me down for an 8!

A few others -

Team Texas - listed / advertised as 'Gold' - not Gold - but from what I hear - fully funded.
Lady 'Stros
Tx Jets
Cy-Fair Battz
Tx Peppers (Peacoack) as opposed to Tx Peppers (Bass)

Not all of these have qualified for 18u Gold Nats, some have just added the word to the end. Just because a team has Gold on the end of their name doesn't mean their worth watching or paying attention to.
My daughter is perfect, she knows everything. Just ask her.

GREAT POINT

Now - if you are asking about which "Gold" Teams are either Legit Gold (ie: they qualified last year for Gold Nationals) or Gold Worthy (ie: they have a LEGIT shot at qualifing for Gold Nationals / Premire this year)............................ that would be a FANTASTIC topic for a Brand new Thread!
