Just looking for a little insight on who will be the teams to look out for?
Who is the Favorite?
What teams have a chance to make a signifigant impact?
I would think that with Rattlers finishing so high last year they would be a strong contender this year?
Would love to see someone do kind of a rundown on the teams they know about.
I'll start the list with the 1 team I know something about:

Velocity Gulf Coast: Defensively sound. Hits well. Could be a contender.

Gametime Stars OK City-The real deal, beat velocity Coast 9-1 in Championship In OKC. Took 2nd in HOF.

NA Rockets From AL I hear are pretty stout as well

Did the Rattlers play 12B also or did they do well in 10U? I ask because it would seem odd for a 2nd year 12U team to play "B" level both years. If they did well in the 12U B, wouldn't it only be logical that they take the next step up to "A".

Unless of course they want to be like the Flower Mound Rage and call yourself a B team and win it all when in fact you were an elite A team.

Rattlers played A last year and are registered to play A again this year. In Texas, seems like only Dallas area teams drop down to the B level to try and beat up on everyone. In Houston, if you are a big boy, you play with the big boys.

They are...from fastpitchdirt.com. In fact, I think the Rattlers and Red Hots were probably the first two teams from Texas to qualify for ASA.

Teams from Texas that have qualified and are playing in Bloomington. There will be two more from Houston after this weekends Houston Metro qualifier. I don't see a whole lot of N.Texas representation here.

12U
Texas Ice 97
Texas Red Hots
Storm Elite 97
High Voltage
Pearland Panthers 97
Groove 97
Texas Fusion
Sugarland Smash
Texas Rattlers

the N. Texas teams would rather play in the Texas Nationals ( VTD) and play the same teams they have played all year. sounds like fun!

They have. Mark be honest, u are bipolar. Just when it seems like there is a new, better, reformed Mark, your alter ego, mini-Mark shows up again. As mentioned, they already qualified for ASA nats. Now whether they go to ASA or USFA, that is up to the coach.

FYI: Rattlers finished 3rd last year in USFA "A" 12U. They are again playing USFA "A" 12 U and ASA 12U.
