Curious if anyone knows if they picked up anyone for the 16's in C.O.? Or if they did not??
They are doing very well in the 16's up there..

hmm well i just researched and it looks like there were around 200 teams there in the 16U age group. 4th definetely is not bad at all

I would never ever spend the money needed to stay a week (hotel/air/rental), to play in the Sparkler. The Sparkler is like a oversized overcrowded BLD Tournament . Now if your lucky enough to get into the Cracker, then it would be money well spent playing quality teams pretty much all week...

Heard they both had some good teams in it..I checked out the Sparkler 14's compared to the Fireworks 14U and the Sparkler had the better teams in that age bracket. I am not to sure about the others, but I am sure with that many teams there will be plenty that are good..

Now they both are owned by Triple Crown (as I read), but was told the sparkler did a horrid job on field prep but the fireworks tourney did a good job. Wonder why that was???
