The Vipers are a GA team and are a top notch team around here. I know last weekend they won a big USFA tourny in Alabama. I dont know how they will stack up against the other teams but GO VIPERS !!!

It will be interesting to see how the Atl Vipers do. While they won the USFA, I thought they should have beaten some of the teams the played by more runs. Then this past weekend not closing the deal and Middle Ga Lightning qualified. So not sure what is up with ATL Vipers.

It will be nice to see how they do, as I did get to watch them in Alabama a few times. Their team in my opinion revolves around their "flame thrower" and how far she can take them in OKC will really depend on their final position...

Sounds like this tournament will give everyone around the country a "feel" for what kind of competition is going to be in Alabama at the end of July.

How fast do you think the "flame thrower" from the Atlanta team is throwing on a consistant basis?

Watch out for the American Liberty Kruzers team from North Texas, they are pretty good.

Good Luck to ALL this weekend.

For what it is worth, I did not see a gun on her, but our #1 is consistently throwing 55-57 and it "appeared" this girl was throwing harder than she does...

She played with me pick up once in fall and we radared her in the mid 50's. She may be a tad faster now since in fall she was playing school ball mostly and she may be in better shape now. She also has great control and a few different pitches.

I have never seen the team play though. Our circles dont overlap

Mid-50's I for one would not make the trip with a team that did not have a pitcher
throwing mid 50's, 3 and out for sure. Who has the ice chest boom box?
Just curious who is the best 12u team out of Cal., Corona , Nemisis. AA's?
Who is the better of the Cal. teams in the HOF, grapettes or AA's?

Could you imagine the Grapettes scanning that thing at the gate. Airport would shut down due to a possible bomb. I saw the inside of that thing. MacGyver couldn't figure that thing out.
It's better to keep your mouth shut and look like you're stupid......
than to open it and remove all doubt.
