The main complaint is that no matter what the girls did out on that field it didn't matter. The teams were already chosen before hand and this was a big waste of time. At least for the 18U side of it. There also was more than the adidas Futures tryout going on there. They picked their Mizuno Impuse teams as well. But that was a done deal before hand too.
So which is it, either we picked our Impulse teams from this tryout or it was a done deal beforehand...you can't have it both way. Truth is, you really don't know do you. You're speculating based on what someone else has told you, which in fact means you do not have first hand knowledge, nor know for a fact, as you such claim.
You still did NOT answer the question, which again was "why were they trying out players for Mizuno Impulse at the Adidas Futures tryouts?" And don't dare claim that it didn't happen because I know for FIRST HAND fact that it was happening.
Again, the use of "first hand fact" is incorrect. You were not there to witness (even though I specifically invited you out), nor did you ask the person directly doing the sizing, so therefore you don't have first hand anything. But yes, the Impulse kids were being fitted for their Mizuno uniforms after the tryout. It's not quite the big deal you would like for it to be...easily put, 22 kids in the same place, at the same time, make it a very LOGICAL setting to be fitted. With no practices scheduled until January, the holidays, and several players living out of town, this was the most convenient opportunity for these kids to be fitted. Contrary to what you'd like everyone to believe, nothing to hide here, no agenda, and not even a distraction from the adidas Futures tryout.
The Mizuno team was not supposed to be already chosen. The coaches Jason and Courtney told many of their players/families that they would be looked at and decided on at the adidas tryout.
Just another one of your inaccurate statements, as I told NO ONE they were being looked at for anything except adidas Futures.
It does not negate the fact that those two coaches know what they told many families were nothing but lies. It also does not negate the fact that you were fitting girls for Mizuno Impulse at an adidas tryout, and it was not just Jason's team members.
See above regarding the lies, and also regarding the fitting. As for it not being just for my team members, who else then? That statement doesn't even make sense...why would anyone other than my kids be trying on Mizuno apparel?
And most of all is does not change the fact that there was no way they could have picked ANY of these teams by what they saw at this tryout. It was all a front. It was already decided and they wasted a lot of peoples time and proved to a lot of people what kind of character they have.
Really, in a 4-hour tryout, with 6 coaches evaluating, it's impossible to pick a team? How many travel ball tryouts have you been to that last 4 hours with no team selected? Or that had multiple tryouts before a team was selected? Not many I'm sure. A team will be selected based on the criteria the coaches were looking for, which was clearly laid out to all participates prior to the start of the tryout. But you wouldn't know anything about that, since you weren't there to get first hand knowledge.
Softballrulznut and What...you guys have an agenda, that's apparent. And truthfully, that's fine, doesn't really bother me at all. But at least if you're going to attack myself and Courtney, get your facts straight first. You guys have chosen to come on here and beat your chest in an attempt to uncover some kind of conspiracy or hidden agenda that in fact, just doesn't exist. Statements like "I know for a fact" or "first hand knowledge" just further prove my point, since neither of you can make statements like that in a truthful fashion. Neither of you have spoken to me directly, neither of you attended the Futures tryout, and neither of you have any knowledge of either the Impulse roster or the adidas roster.
