What 10-U teams in Nor Cal are out there ready to compete this 2011 Spring / Summer Season? Let’s keep the (soft) ball talk rolling about our future young ladies and their teams.

All American Sports Academy
East County Hotshots
Grapettes
Mayhem
RR Gold
Tri County Smash
California Breeze
Mizuno All American
Rocklin Hype
Roseville Heat
????????????

This is not necessary a Poll ranking thread, but instead a conversation starter for the young ones. So 10-U people and bucket heads let’s try to make this happen again!!

Screwed up!! C’mon, you’re going to have to do better than. I’m sorry your DD didn’t make one of the teams mentioned previously or if I even failed to list your team. My bad! However judging from all of your 1000s of unknown posts, I can probably understand way you feel this way and have to resort to such harsh words. I can also see judging by your previous posts, you have such a wealth of knowledge & credibility. Calling me an “IDIOT” that’s ok; I already accepted that fact a long time ago as part of one of my flaws of life. Now you being an ignorant jack*** having to ride the short bus with an E ticket season pass is something you’ll have to come to grips with and accept in life. :o

If you really have something to say that you don’t like, just call or contact me, I’m not hard to find. But then again seeing your previous 5 posts, it looks like it’s hard for you to find anything.

Screwball77?? Hmmm, now I truly do understand the foundation for your name. The first part is fairly simple; being you probably got hit in the head by one. As for the “77”, it must have two options to it. First your age since senility has obviously kicked in a little early. Then I thought possibly of your IQ. Suddenly on reflection of my thoughts that was way-way too HIGH of a number for you. So I’m stuck, oh well.

Screwy, you amateur, please leave the honest conversation and topics to the professionals. Find your own sand box to play in!! Better yet, just find a BOX!!

So I guess you are right, I am an ‘”IDIOT”: Intelligently Disposing Inferior Opinionated Trash!! or Into Developing Impressively Outstanding Tens!! You pick. So in hindsight thanks for the compliments.

It’s much better than being a ……… (Fill in your own “BLANK” if you can).

Check out my show…………..I’m here all week!!

10-U people & Bucketeers, thanks for the support, but don’t sweat the “small stuff”.

Now Let’s Play Ball!!

Okay, I'll take a shot at getting the conversation started:

Last season was a great year for the 10u division. Several organizations were well represented with competitive teams. However, majority of those teams moved up and took most of their younger girls with team. With that said it appears the 10u division this year will consist of mainly 2001/younger players. Here are MY thoughts on a few teams out there.

AASA-Without a doubt the most experience and best coach team out there. Will there be enough competition out there to keep them interested?

Manteca Mayhem- Majority of girls with 2000 birth dates. Confident coach. All starters returning from fall season, which should help them to get off to a fast start.

Tri County Smash- A young 10u team last season with a majority of players returning. Should be competitive.

CA Breeze, Mizuno AA, CA Grapettes, Roseville Heat, R/R Gold, are just a few teams that didn't make much noise during the fall season. However, they come from supportive organizations and have the potential to field competitive teams.

If you have any insight and predictions for other 10u teams...LET'S HEAR THEM.

Again, good luck to ALL 10u teams and parents/family members who support them!

What exactly is a "Supportive organization?" and how will that help a team on the field?

Wow, aren't we sensitive. Not sure why you are so negative/confrontational. I am just interested in the 10u division as I am sure others are. Maybe you can start by informing us how wonderful your 10u program (if it exist) is doing with or without your support

To tell you all the truth I'm a little disappointed with this forum. I was excited to hear about it and was looking forward in learning about the travel world and getting a leg up on the competition by getting to know others. But all this has been is a bashing of others and insults left and right. I think our 10's would have better discussions on these boards than some of you guys. Now lets get back to topic and talk about 10's travel.

Any surprises this year" Newbies?
Are there any 10s that would like to scrimmage?

Thx

No, not really.

Not sure why you are so negative/confrontational.

How the hell is my question negative or confrontational?? I am asking you a legit question about a comment you made. You said certain teams will have a leg up by coming from a "Supportive organization." I simply want to know what you mean by that?? Stop reading what i say and trying to twist my meanings to support whatever it is you think you know about me.

When i make a comment, if I am not clear about what I meant, I have no problems with someone asking for clarification. So once again, what is a "Supportive organization" doing well in regards to helping a 10u team. Or do you just say stuff and expect to never be questioned about what the heck your are saying?

I think you mean name brand softball teams.... And how supportive are they?
You pay for the tournaments, the uniform, the traveling and the name of the Organizations.
So on the name alone, they have the potential to field a good team....OK..I follow...just find a good coach...
