What I like about eteamz

I am a software guy who makes a living writing software. However, I am totalling lacking in imagination and artistic creativity - I think the most awesome data entry screen looks a lot like an exel spreadsheet - so I when I go to layout an data flow interface, I do it the American way - I copy someone else's. Give me algebra expressions and formulas and I can't be any happier... coaching my softball team comes very close. That being said, what I do when its to be artistically creative is steal the best of the other guy's stuff, of course avoiding breaking laws and copyright issues.

I love what you guys have here for the most part - but I do not like the goofy coloring scheme you are using to indicate that a thread has been read - stick to black and white - use a icon to indicate things like 'unviewed' or whatever. Also thin down the display per topic so you can see more at a time, make it easier for us to a) see what we havent viewed, b) see as many of the most recent topics at a time.

You may have bought this package and dont have writer's priviledges to make changes but this is my 2 cents. I dont know much about what other people like about eteamz but I know that making it easy to view new topics or messages is big to me.

I like the new Forum better.Hey Bucket is a breath of fresh air if you havent noticed all the same people here as there,and more arriving all the time .ETEAMZ is great but this is a guy on a bucket.Specializing in one sport ,Cmon who doesnt like a guy catching off a bucket in this sport? It's that guy we see at all the tournaments who's there because he loves it as much as the kids . It's about the guy who watches all the new talent in FP and passes along the the word on the new kid on the block. It's the guy who gets mad and needs to vent.It's the guy who see's the good and bad in everything .It's the annoying guy ,it's the cool guy, the annoying mom, the hot mom.The Crazed Coach the Good Coach the Bad Coach.It aint about the graphics.It's about the game.

Had to go back and re-read my post, I dont think i mentioned anything about graphics nor about how eteamz is setup. You guys should think about becoming journalists, making up stuff out of nothing.

What I like about eteamz is you can see so many topics at one scan - thought I better repeat that for the reading comprehension deficit crowd.

There is no doubt eteamz is going away, no reason to beat a dead horse as to why.

No kidding and I am glad heybucket stepped up so everyone could move over before eteamz goes under. I got Katz'ed for a while over on eteamz and couldnt post for about a month- missed being harassed and harrassing all you people.

So, you like that you can see so many topics with one scan on eteamz....isn't that the way the board is set up (organized, unorganized, whatever)? Every topic that has anything at all to do with fastpitch softball (not to mention several with nothing to do about softball) all grouped together?

I dunno, maybe I'm mistaken...after all, I'm just a dumb hillbilly with a reading comprehension deficit.
