I hope that coaches understand that if you make it to HOF it is because of the team...not one, two, three or four players. It takes a team to get there. If you brag on one player you should brag on them all...if you dont someone else will. TEAM WORK...

I don't really know to whom you are referring your comments too, but yes, I agree that teamwork is a necessary part that you must have to becoming a great team, but you sound like a parent who's dd was not included in the 2,3 or 4 and your feeling or hurt. I hope you took what was said the wrong way because i find it hard to believe that a good coach would make comments like that. Now I can see where a parent might say that in conservation with others.
If your team is good enough to qualify then I suggest you iron out the differences before they become a problem that will effect the team.

Why does it always have to be a disgruntled parent...My dd is not the issue. She is recognized for her great efforts. My point is I along with many have heard coaches praise certain players continuously for the success of the team. My point is takes them all to make the team successful.

Are you talking about the HOF National Qualifier in OK City? I was under the impression only one team from each region qualified? How many can qualify? If you have a link on the qualifiying procedures please post. Thanks.

The top two advance from the qualifier to the hall of fame tournament. Other berths are given out if another region declines theirs. Not sure how that works. Maybe the Dallas JO could shed some light?
