12U National in Alabama

What's on your mind?

by Comets16 » Fri Aug 01, 2008 8:11 am

Not all 96'.. Comets have 7 - 96' and 6 - 95'. Catcher (#4 batter), Pitcher (#3 batter), Second (#1 batter), RF(#2 batter), CF (#5 batter) & DH (#8 batter) were all 96'.

Minors were great and some of the dads that I met this week are super nice, and enjoyed talking to them. Good luck today Minors Gold!!! I predict a win today.

Corona Angels 96 hung in like champs, but just heard they were send down by TNL. I believe it was a mercy of 9-0.

First, as noted in numerous threads in the past, Cali is a place in Columbia known for cocaine production...

There are no teams from Cali at ASA Nationals.

Second, if you are rooting for a California team to win, there are plenty more than just CA and OCI capable of doing so... many still in the top bracket... and I wouldn't sell any of them short.

And don't for a second forget AH playing up through the losers bracket after a tough loss. This thing is far from over.

Third, please stop referring to California as Cali... it only encourages others.

Gracias! ;)
Don't worry about tomorrow. You did that yesterday.

anon - the Heat just squeeked by in losers 3-2 this morning. Their bats need to wake up! 4 runs in two games.

True that. But that SK Velocity team wasn't a joke...they played AA very tough up top as well (same score).
There is no charge for awesomeness
