Has anyone ever heard of the girl Kelly Heinz for the Dixie Chicks? She seems like an amazing pitcher. Virginia Gatorade Player of the Year and is only a senior this year. She is going to play at Virginia Tech, oh boy do they have a good one. Is this the next Angela Tincher for VT?

I like that they have stats on their website, but found it amusing that they only post earned runs, and not runs for the pitchers. Also 240+ clean hits for their batters and only 11 reached on errors. Fielding must be spectacular in Virginia. They're definitely ready for MaxPreps out there.

They are a good team, no doubt. They aren't West Coast elite, but a decent team. My daughter's team played them once this past summer. We lost, but my daughter had two hits in the game. I will now start my own thread about my daughter's hitting exploits.
