Looks like all the "top" NorCal Teams are on the list or at least registered... Wish there were more SoCal teams! Come on, come up and meet us half way! :D

11 Firecrackers Quarles
32 So Cal Athletics Ornelas
33 Strike Force99 Jendro
34 Team Watley Young
37 Westside Outlaws Cortinas

Looks like some good So Cal teams coming to the Force classic. Should be some good games going on. Is All American Mizuno Garcia going to join the tourny?

Great to see some of the top 12U so cal teams return to Fresno - this once was a must do tournament. Should be a great tournament!

I talked to my neighbor yesterday. RR Miller and Mizuno Garcia are both playing in Fresno. With the teams traveling north from So. Cal. it will be fun to see who comes out on top Sunday.

Sac State is in San Diego that weekend so I may have to make a trip to Fresno on Sunday to watch.

Fresno Force website showing RR Gold-Miller and Mizuno-Garcia now confirmed. All the major teams will be represented, although Team Xtreme on the waiting list. 48 teams confirmed. It could grow before it's over.

After reading the brackets I find it hardly a fair Sunday.

Gold division:
Some first place pool teams are 4 games away from the finals.

Some first place pool teams are 3 games away from the finals.

Some first place pool teams are 2 games away from the finals.

Silver division:
Some third place pool teams are 4 games away from the finals.

Some third place pool teams are 3 games away from the finals.

Some third place pool teams are 2 games away from the finals.

This will result in one team having fresh players and one team having players working on their fourth or fifth game in a row. Clearly at a disadvantage and all they did was work their butts off to win their pool on Saturday.
The first two games should be split up, so 1's are playing 2's and 3's playing 4's. That way it will be an equitable split among all the teams with no one having so clear an advantage.
