I understand Texas players/families/fans are frustrated but really??? This accusation would be a pathetic attempt to deflect accountability if it wasn't so laughable. A bounty? Watch the game again. Nieto and Cuico had clear shots. I know both young ladies fairly well. If there was a bounty, the collisions at the plate would have been far, far more violent. Trust me.
BTW, every catcher that isn't a beast should be a fan of the Texas catcher. She completely stood her ground against players much bigger/stronger than her with zero hesitation. Her play makes a compelling argument. IMO she should be applauded and respected.
BTW, the notion "that everything gets out eventually" is also laughable. This series is a good example of that.
