Is there someplace we can go to see if there has been any disciplinary action taken against a coach or manager?

I have searched the ASA websites and find nothing.

I hate to rely on rumors or gossip.

Yeah, here. Give us the name of the coach, who he coaches, and what he did wrong, and we will tell you if its true or not.

You would start with the commissioner of the area. The vast majority of disciplinary actions and hearings are held at that level. A phone call should do the trick. You should be able to find the phone number in your local asa website or regional website.
