No 12's there either and I only think that one 14 was allowed, could be wrong. Victory 95 is on the list but they have connections

I count 3 and you are right, the 2 Victory teams have the connections. One will probably win it anyway!!!

Actually there are two more, Villa Park Vipers and Central Cal Dirtdawgs 94. Unless they both moved up to 16u.
