Worst; Santa Clara University.

Excellent school. Highly regarded MBA program.

However... they play at a local community park. Land is very, very expensive, about $600-700K for a bare 1/6th acre residential lot in the area. Even if they could wedge it in on the existing campus real estate, no money for the program. Obviously, that hurts recruitment which doesn't help funding which doesn't help getting a field, etc, etc, etc. Vicious cycle.
