What's on your mind?

Can a college coach(D II) also coach a travel ball team during the fall season?

I would highly reccomend contacting the NCAA first, but from what I have been told by some coaches; if it is the same as D1, which I imagine it is, the rules state basically that YES they can coach a travel team but ALL players on the team would have to reside within 100 miles from the Coaches College and they cannot coach any students who have signed a NLI to play for their college and cannot be on the field coaching against any player who has signed a NLI to play for their college.

NAIA coaches are free to coach travelball and a lot do.

NJCAA (Juco) coaches are also free to coach travelball, but they cannot coach any students who have signed a NLI to play for their college and cannot be on the field coaching against any player who has signed a NLI to play for their college.
