When push comes to shove and the games mean something J.Moore will be in it to win it. She has nasty stuff, and can get top level hitters out and that is the bottom line.

Come Lancaster, Champions Cup, etc....she will be just fine, like she always has been.

Every game should mean something to a pitcher or for that matter anyone in the Gold level especially. I have always raised my children to go out there and do their best. You response was actually from lack of having one to that and how poorly she did. All I know for the parents making the decision to leave Sorcerers they seemed to watch every game and if they were not watching the mom or dad was whining the entire weekend to anyone that would listen to her/him.

You said it in a nut shell right there. Your arrogance does not become you and it is hurtful to your daughter. I do not have anything against your daughter. In fact I feel sorry for her. Because I do not think she is the top pitcher in Nor Cal or think that was a respectful decision for you to make pulling your daughter from a team with two tournaments left, believe me I do not stand alone for losing respect for YOU not your daughter. Yeah I am going to call you to listen to your whinning about your daughters lack of playing time, and she's the best in Nor Cal blah blah blah...No thanks. Jess is a great girl, going to a great college, and a good pitcher. I wll leave it that.

Thank You for your insight Arroyo. Arrogant, I hardly think not. It was Phil's ultimatum that kept Jess from playing in the last two tournaments. He wanted those tournaments to find her replacement. There comes a time you are forced to make decisions. Right or wrong a decision was made. You call her selfish? She gave everything she had to Phil and her teammates this past summer. Boulder, qualifier, Nationals. She loved the Sorcerers and her teammates. What
does it matter to you that she left the Sorcerers? Why take it so personally? She is only one of many that will leave, be cut, or join a team this coming season.

I don't think Jess is selfish because I think a big decision like that was made not by her but her parents but you did what you thought was best for your daughter and I wish her the best. Good luck this summer to Jess. I guess there was a lot more to your decision than we all know.

Actually after watching the last couple of weeks and having seen the Sting, Grapes, Sharks, Strikezone, Sorcerer, and Magic all up close the Magic would have to be the team to beat at this point in Nor Cal.

Really impressed with how well they play as a unit and they have been flat winning games. Now granted summer is a different thing all together but they will be in the hunt that is for sure.

They are just young, I believe next year they will really have a chance to make it happen in Oklahoma, but I would not put it past them to qualify this year and make a decent showing.
