I saw a Jynx parent get tossed from a game for screaming at the umpires at Chino Hills and I needed to sign up for classes during our game with Valley Tribe that was 0 to 0 and went to IT - I removed myself to the outfield and paced it off instead! Jesse was good, I was impressed....
What were you angry about during that game that made you leave? Were the Valley Tribe people bad or were you just upset that it was a tight game?
First, let me clarify I didn't walk out I just watched from the outfield. I wasn't really upset, just nervous, after scoring 38 runs and allowing only 1 on Saturday it was disturbing to see the girls playing without the intensity needed to make it through bracket play, especially a four game schedule if they won. I realize the kids are 11 and 12, but when you know how they CAN play when they show up to play and then watch them just skirt by, it can be frustrating. The Valley Tribe pitcher did an awesome job and struck out quite a few of our batters, the girls didn't look confident at the plate, like they wanted to hit. THEN, the intensity came back against PowerSurge and then left again vs Wildcats, it's like a rollercoaster ride and it can be a little annoying at times, I really wanted them to make it to the final game and play the Rebels...
Relax. It's a normal part of the game and your girls will be fine. If you're getting this keyed up about fall games, you'll never survive summer.
