Ringor ROCKS!!!!

I ordered the new "Diamond Gems" back in early December. Got them in and the HS coach had said the they had too much white in them, so I call for an RMA to get them in a different color and molded. They did this with no problems.

Got the new cleats last Thursday and dd took them to school and they were stolen. Ordered another pair which will be here Thursday. DD gets to school this morning, and someone turned them in. Coach calls me this morning and tells me that we can use the other color if that is what works for dd. Now I call Ringor this morning and ask if I can return them AGAIN and get them in the HS colors and they say no problem!!!

Their Customer Service is the BEST!!!! I can't wait to try the new cleats and I have been telling all of my softball family about them.

I actually checked that before I ordered the first pair. TOO SMALL. My big foot needs a 9.5. Colors were wrong too. We ordered the Diamond Gems which are much lighter than the Diamond Star.
