One would think being a "grammy" you might possess a wealth of old-age wisdom, until one realizes that in the ghetto, "grammy" status is common to those young of age, and shallow of mind.

I'm with you DDG!!! This is so stupid. I love how Aimee get's on here and congratulates everyone on a good game like she's actually nice or something. Like she really means it. It's been said by soooo many people on here the team is GHETTO!!!! They always will be. They talk about doing what's right for the girls... Hey Aimee ask yourself this, Is it right to loose a game then take your daughter and leave during pool play and LEAVE the other girls to fend for themselves and finish a tourney without their "wonderful" leader? How many times has that happened? I can recall atleast 3 tourney's. Take responsilbilty for your out of control parents like the Angels did. Both were at fault!!! But I guess it was just a time bomb waiting to go off, it was gonna happen during one of your games everyone was just waiting to see which team was gonna be on the other end of your teams crap!!!! I feel sorry for your players. They have stupid parents who don't know when to say when....... I think it would be a great start for all teams to refuse to play in any friendly or tourney where the rebels will be for fear this crap will happen again, cause you know it will just a matter of time.

The bottom line is sometimes people make mistakes. We are all quick to say look at someone else like we have never done anything we regreted the next day. I am not saying that anyone is right or wrong and dont agree with racial remarks at anytime but not all people come from the same backround or upbringing. In my organization I have many kids that come from a tough situation and with those kids come there parents and sometimes they make mistakes that are not excepted or appropriate. But you cant say it is the whole organization or the coaches unless it continues. I welcome these kids so that they can see that the White girls brown girls rich girls and poor girls all go through the same things and can have the same oppurtunities hopefully breaking cylcles so that behavior like that is not continued through the kids. Isnt that why we are here. I'm sure that all involved are not proud and if someone is I hope that the Angel and or Rebel organization will stay with the kid so that maybe that young lady might stay around others that dont think its ok.

Ok ..I am still lost here...You are disgusted because they do a CHEER for their own team??

Do they spit on the other team? Do they do that stupid cheer, I see a pitcher that wants to be like me, when they are getting their butts kicked? Do they insult the other team? Make fun of the players on another team? Say Peanut butter-Jelly over and over? (That one annoys me so I guess anyone who does that is not only Rec. ball but disgusting..)
Maybe I am just used to it because I attend a lot of UNLV functions but it seems like a very small thing to get so heated about and insult a bunch of people who are just cheering for their own team..
So maybe we should start a list of banned cheers.
Ones that annoy us and make us so disgusted that we will post condemning a whole group of volunteers and parents.

I agreed with you 100 percent..............People are so ignorant for real! They are taking this too far and way out of context!!! They do it to cheer on their team not to offend anyone!! (Last time I check you could cheer for your team also) People are putting more energy into the Cheer than the true talent on the team period!!! Tell me this??? When they lose I don't hear nothing about the cheer???? But when they win all these people start talking about the Rebel cheer?? "Oh we lost because they did the Rebel Cheer, WHAT!!! Yeah Right Get A Life!!! We love our kids and we know we have a great team. No one is trying to live through our kids talent........Amie is a two time all-american pitcher from UNLV and she played on the Olympics Summer league and played in the pro's!!!! I hear parents all the time sit right behind the backstop saying rude things like: She is so slow, She can't pitch,We can strike her out, etc....and the kids hear this all the time. No one says anything about that I guess that is okay???? GOD forbid we do the REBEL CHEER all hell break loose!

The people on here sounding all righteous are the main one's SCREAMING AND YELLING LIKE THEY LOST THEIR MINDS at the games!!! Sound like we have a bunch of Cheering Official!!! "Blow the whistle!!!! Red flag on parent in white shirt for doing REBEL CHEER" that will cost your team 2 runs!!! LOL This is crazy period point blank!! One guy said the cheer was made to intimated, and distraction opposing teams okay maybe but that's not our attentions why we do it! Candy was made to taste good and we like it right?? But if your kid eat too much of it YOUR TEETH MIGHT FALL OUT OR GO BAD RIGHT BUT YOU STILL BUY IT ANYWAY!!! This is ridiculous..................

how do we not know if it hasn't been discussed already on controlling her parents??? because it's not posted??? it sounds like you have a personal issues with her from the way it sounds your DD played for her before??? Maybe? she has a heck of GHETTO TEAM do you really think that refusing to play against the REBELS will solve the problem with the coach???
