Well, after the NBA slapped that hard punishment on Kobe, I think it will be close.
(that's a joke, btw...)
a very light slap on the back of the head is one game suspension, an obviously premeditated shoulder to the face is a one game suspension, a (probably premeditated) elbow to the throat (if it was really only to the chest, it was just because he missed) is no suspension, a throw into the scorer's table is no suspension...
Am I the only one that sees some disparity here?
