Fury over Grapettes in an If Game

Grapettes will be out in two, three maybe. They won't get past Frost Comets. They have no defense, hit the ball a couple times, a little pressure and they will fall apart. Sorry, seen it happen three times already in tournaments this year... :o

Holy cow you people from H-Town are completely clueless. Although I would expect nothing else seeing as how the only teams you know about are your fellow "South Tx" teams. Fury and Grapettes in the 'ship only displays your stupidity. Do me a favor and take off the rose-colored glasses. You guys have no idea how good some of these teams are because you have never been to Nationals or seen teams from across the US. Teams like the Comets have been good for the past couple of years and they have merged with the Frost Falcons which also was top team in the US. Georgia Impact is as salty as they come. The Firecrackers from CA...fuhget about it....they are very good and probably have the easiest draw. The Chi-Town Express is a perennial powerhouse at ASA Nationals just about every year. Scottsdale Fever and the Saints are top quality teams from AZ. The Tx Bandits have gimme games for their first 2. They should face the Impact team and this will be a fun game to watch. The Grapettes were a very solid team last year, I know because I saw them at this same tournament last year. This year's team is not nearly as competitive from what I hear. For all of those interested, here are my picks for tournament:

Nice job on the predictions. You might want to look at a few of the Oklahoma teams you are under estimating. There are two that I know of that can sneak up on a few teams this weekend. :o :o :D

This is my post on another thread:

Man this is a tough one to predict..this tourney can go anywhere with one bad game.

Top choices in alphabetical order:

Bandits
Diamonds
Firecrackers
Grapettes
Nemesis
Peppers

Sleepers: Comets, Fever, Red Hots

Reading other post about Grapettes I probably should exchange them with the Fever or Comets

Fury99, I chose some H-Town teams they should do very well in tourney. But like the HOF qualifiers one bad or close game and it's the tough road to the ship.

Wow no love for Georgia Impact. I think they are tough. Again I think the match between them & the Firecrackers will send them to the looseres bracket to fight thier way back & rematch the Crackers.
