Billy Monk - ASA Umpire in Chief, Dallas Metro

We have lost one of the good umpires in Texas. BM loved ASA and hated any rival sanctioning body. Umpired from 10 Under to College Division I. We will miss him and his grouchy personality at the ball park. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Monk family.
