Top 10U teams this yr

by honcho55 » Fri Aug 28, 2009 9:13 am

Don't have a dog in this hunt(affiliated w/a 16U North TX team), but give the guy a break! Would you rather him come on here a say his team is going to suck? I hope any coach would think that they are going to develop and be better than when they started, and compete well. Some people want to stir crap up, just to make their insignificant lives seem better! Just sayin' Honcho Out! :ugeek:

you are sure out on a limb and it is fixing to break. you will not be able to stay up with 4 or 5 of the really top teams in 10U in this area, much less from other areas. i will go out on a limb and say your 10U team is not even around come spring  c'mon FF and GL, where are you?

Your friend is back on as both PH08 and TB24.

angel99, why didn't you list the crossfire, tps or phantomz?

Fred Flinstone

i'm not too familiar with those teams. that is why i said just to name a few.

To really know who the top 10U teams are, I am interested in seeing all the top teams in the Houston and Dallas area get together along with the Cenla Heat and Oklahoma Force to really see who the top '99 teams in the entire region are.

No, won't be in Baytown. Already booked solid in the Dallas area for the rest of September with some big tourneys. Looking at trying to host an invitation only tourney in October for some of the better '99 teams around. Something like a 5 pool single elimination tourney with a location to be determined.

I am with the Texas Rampage. I am Taylor's uncle, your '00. We have a pretty solid group of girls that we really want to challenge this Fall to really get them ready for some good A-ball next year. We will definitely plan on make a road trip or two down to the Houston area next spring. I think it would be great if Dallas and Houston teams could get together more often in some invitational events.

That would be really cool. Let's try to make sure that happens. Or let us know if something is happening up that way, we might be able to make a road trip..
Good luck!!

Now that the teams are set (at least for Fall) who are the teams to watch out for in the Houston area? Brazoria county seems to alwasy have strong teams, but also seemsto be a little saturated by having more than other areas. Anxious to see how the season unfolds these next few weeks.

Taylor's uncle? Does that mean you are related to her father or her mother? If the father, uh oh... JK, I like her dad a lot. He is really knowledgable, knows a lot about the game and doesn't second guess me too much, out loud. i am looking forward to meeting up with ya'll in the spring, somewhere.. Hopefully, we will have gotten stronger by then.

Good Luck,
Mark
