The other teams had to come off! These are the only 99 teams in Houston area that could be on top.

Hey be nice you have to give a fair chance for the fall. It was hard for me to list some of the teams on there. But you are right!

I was going to say the same thing. Rumor has it that 3 or 4 of those teams are still searching for players. I would have to say the Cobras would have to be the early favorite. OR any team that had a 99 pitcher last season which is few and far between on that list most of them rode the coat tails of a 98 pitcher last season and are now left searching for a pitcher.

I look forward to some of these teams crossing paths which will paint a clearer picture of at least who the top three will might be. I am very curious to see what teams fall apart to start next year and who tries to pick up the top talent available. Makes for interesting scenarios.

The best 99 pitcher will be playing with the Phantomz I hear. She was with the 98 Rage the last 2 years. I Do not think the other pitchers are close to her right now. Is there any truth to this rumor??????? If so the Phantomz will be the team to beat.

My favorite for nationals is the 99 Knoxville white Lightning they lost to the team that placed 2nd (Georgia Worth Cobras) in ASA lasat year 2-1. It was a close game.

AHH some good teams listed. But if they had 98 pitchers and they are gone. Couple of teams I've seen with good 99 pitching.
Mansfield Black Sox they have a couple of good pitchers. And good catching. Some speed.
Roughriders have two pitchers, some small girls who are quick and play good defense. Good behind the plate. Young team.
TX Rip broke up and are Threat. Quick team. One good pitcher with movement.
Glory99 one fast pichter and good catcher.

So that's the local DFW report.
