Have you heard about Serena Williams tirade? She challenges a ref call, gets out of line, gets a penalty that ends up making a difference in the outcome of the match and now is screaming racism.... Very disappointed in her antics, I thought she had more class.

Gotta say though that Beyonce was a clsas act when she won her award. Recalled how thrilled she was when she won her first award at 19, and calling Swift out to the podium.

Yes, he is...but, he's also pretty smart in marketing himself. If you pay attention, every time you go a while without seeing his name in the news for something, he pulls something like this to get his name in the news again.

Do you think more people will watch him tonight or less after what he did?

To his fan demographic, stunts like that are actually cool. He'll sell more records because of it. So in that sense it's less a reflection him than it is on our societal values.

I'm more disappointed in Leno than anything, for his contribution in mainstreaming this P.O.S.

Crying "racism" without substantive proof is chickenshit. However in West's case ( and if you've got absolutely nothing better to do) take a read at some of his lyrics of his songs, er... whatever you want to call those things. And need I remind you who was the loudest and most obnoxious voice following Katrina...something about Bush "doesn't care about black people". Nevermind the fact that the black mayor of New Orleans let 200+ school buses sit idle while thousands, mostly black, were stranded....then all the brothers, Kanye leading the charge...at the very least, implied that Bush didn't make the effort because of the 'blackness' of N'orleans.

Considering the combination of the two...plenty of proof.

Well Skarp, I will agree that maybe throwing out the " racism" word might be strong, but the fact all comes down as to how society handles the situation.

If the rolls had been reversed , Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton would be on TV as we speak, demanding an apology from Swift, her record label, fans ,friends and anyone who listens to her music..

Very sad that it continues to be handled that way and no one has the balls to tell them that is not the way it should be handled. How ironic if someone does tell those 2 that they are nuts, they are usually labeled a racist..
