daddy, were their any teams worth mentioning. until you play a quality 14u tournament
then post.
There are some teams that think there the best cause they can enter any old 14u tournament
and place and then there are good teams who hunt down the best teams to play those are
the ones worth mentioning. theres a old saying you have to beat the best in order be consided the best. OUT

ASA #1.....or atleast for the ones that can hang. USSSA isn't bad, but College Coaches love them some ASA. Remember......ASA was big for most College Coaches because thats what they played when they we're little. Plus Cali people play ASA and they talk so much crap......its fun going after those teams.

Exactly my point. Some of these teams, especially Tx Elite, goes out of its way to avoid any play where the quality "top" teams are playing. That Texas Elite team has not played Tx glory or any of the top teams in probably 3 years.

I think its a knock to the good teams to even have listed such a team at all.

I have nothing against any of the teams listed but when a team intentionally avoids competition they are definately not a top team. Nobody shakes in their Ringors to see that group coming.

I dont have a problem with the 12u playing 14 but not when you cant even beat the 12 u teams around.

my dd plays in the 14u division and we go looking for the best teams to play and as far as 12u
goes i always see the spring sting entered in those tournaments. Like the peppers tournament
with the peppers94, tazers, hawks, storm ect. Those are the teams that need to be mentioned
but.Im sure they can enter any 14u tournament and place first everytime but like i said the best
plays the best. I was at a tournament about a month ago 14u Texas Storms. teams enter,
texas sting, houston power, storm, tazers,mc magic, spring sting and couple of more . I watch the
spring sting beat the tazers ,texas sting and barely losing to the magic who won the tournament
The spring sting placed 3rd in that tournament. For me thats the team to watch.
They earned alot of respect from the GOOD TEAMS worth mentioning. OUT

Sting, Glory, and Blaze sound like they've done well recently at the 14u level. I hope all three go to ASA and rep TEXAS!!! Good Luck to y'all and all the other 12u's making a name for themselves

The best games out there are watching the best beat out the best. Some of these coaches dont seem to get it that playing a good game with a loss against a good team wins you more respect than a bunch of trophys against no name teams that no one has ever heard of before.

My dd is a Ft Worth 14 u and we see a lot of the 12 u teams playing up. Some deserve to play there and are placing against some good teams. Some dont. I watched a little 12u team this weekend playing 14u that had a girl that hit a Grand Slam to tie the game up and then the same girl went on at her next at bat to hit a double and bring in the winning run. This team could really hang with the other teams.

I have seen a lot of talent playing but I get tired of looking at a bracket and seeing teams like that 95 elite taking up space where we could get some real play in.

I wish they could regulate it better. but you will never be able to control coaches that hide from the competition to keep from getting beat.

I agree id rather watch a great 12u team get beat in a good 14u tournament than a good 12u
team win a lousy 14u tournament. To me thats how winners are made. At this age get my kid
ready for the next level i dont need no stinkin trophy. OUT
