Were the issue stands:
All agree D-Bat did not line up and shake hands after the game
Almost all (but not 100%) coaches will use some type of delay tactics to kill the last minute(s) of a game

However, the one issue that seems to be remaining, did the coach order a been ball at the batter's head. Does not seem that will be answered 100% definitely on this forum. Unfortunately for Mark and D-Bat this issue will linger just as the other thread about the D-Bat coaches comments in another tournament. Or is this a conspiracy to muddy the D-Bat name at every turn?

As a fellow Latino, what all of you don't understand is the power of pride and machismo in the Spanish heritage and culture. Unlike so many other minorities, I am not utilizing this as a "race card, therefore get out of jail free card," but simply making all of you whitebread crackers out there aware of extenuating circumstances. In law, extenuating circumstances are criminal cases in which, though an offense has been committed without legal justification or excuse, its gravity, from the point of view of punishment or moral opprobrium, is mitigated or reduced by reason of unusual or extreme facts leading up to or attending the commission of the offense.
